This is where everything clicks. Custom case studies, simulations, and live practice — learners lead full conversations from start to finish, not just rehearse individual moves.

An immersive workshop where feedback skills get stress-tested. Leaders practice leading full conversations — how to open without triggering defensiveness, land observations clearly, ask questions that uncover root causes, and work toward solutions together.

The Rocket Fuel for Mastery.

One of our most innovative workshops without a doubt. This  experiential program was designed for and takes place at the Johnson and or Kennedy Space Centers and includes engaging with astronauts and immersive simulations.
