In this first session, learners develop their own coachability profile. They also acquire a key understanding of how coachability – and their own coachability tendencies – may enable or derail one’s ability to ascend to mastery levels. Without an openness to nuanced feedback and coaching from different sources, the journey to mastery will be challenging.  Feedback and coaching are fuel for the elite.”

Mindsets for Mastery

Achieving mastery and elite skill levels is about quality practice, feedback, and effort over time.  Without the proper mindsets, individuals won’t embark on this journey. In this session, learners will focus on strategies for developing a skill to the level of mastery.
